JOB DETAIL
-Record and manage personnel attendance, business leave, personal leave, etc., from mechanical systems and manual records.
-Prepare and submit requests for annual insurance claims.
-Manage annual health checks for employees.
-Review or update employee history information, such as updating new hire information.
-Maintain and manage the database of employee information for new hires and those leaving the organization.
-Coordinate with departments for necessary tasks such as filing requests for office supplies, computers, and telephones. Ensure the proper use and maintenance of these materials in compliance with company policy.
-Supervise general administrative tasks.
-Support activities related to employee welfare and annual personnel development.
-Oversee personnel-related computer systems, including database management, performance appraisals, and preparing reports on employee information.
-Assist in organizing internal and external activities such as staff parties, training, and seminars to enhance team bonding and development.
-Facilitate the annual health check process for employees, including scheduling and coordination.
-Organize training and development programs to prepare employees to handle challenges in their roles.
-Supervise all general welfare and human resource activities within the organization, including holiday schedules, birthday gifts, and general team bonding efforts.
-Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting department to verify employee attendance for salary processing.
-Conduct exit interviews for employees who resign to gather information for future HR improvements.
-Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
-Prepare document for taxes
-Provident Funds for staff
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a managerial role.
-Proficient in using MS Office
-Knowledgeable about labor laws and social security regulations.
-Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to provide clear guidance and advice.
