JOB DETAIL
• Support the overall processes of internal/external training courses and other activities related to training and development.
• Coordinate with employees, internal/external trainers, and other concerned teams for course preparation and payment.
• Design annoucement/communication materials of training courses and related activities to inform and promote to employees.
• Prepare necessary documents and materials for participants and/or trainers and facilitate the training courses to ensure that the courses run smoothly and effectively.
• Collect and summarize training feedback from participants and trainers after course completion for continuous improvement.
• Record training attendance of internal/external training/exam, gather and keep training certificates/evidences for employees.
• Submit training participants and courses to Skill Labor Development Department, follow up, and correct information (if any).
• Create and design e-learning vdo for internal training.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 20-35 years old
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business Computer, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Education, Arts, or Social Science
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Worked as HRD/Training officer or specialist and understand fundamental training management processes.
- Capable in MS Office - Word/Excel/PowerPoint, MS Teams, Canva, or others learning engagement tools and applications.
- Good English communication.
