JOB DETAIL

Responsible for defining human resources policies and strategies and developing the organizational structure of the company group, including overseeing the development of systems, mechanisms, processes, and various tools, as well as managing change to align with the organization's strategy. Manage and provide human resources services and organizational development across the organization effectively. Responsible for supporting the establishment, merger, dissolution of companies, and joint ventures to ensure the efficiency of the company group's management mechanisms. Responsible for defining policies for Shared Services, including the operation of HR Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the development of short- and long-term human resources management and organizational development strategies, policies, and systems for the company group to support operations in line with organizational strategy. This includes driving policies set by the central group.
• Oversee the improvement of business processes, organizational structure, job evaluations, workforce planning, and drive the creation of knowledge management mechanisms, organizational values, culture, and change management to facilitate organizational development in line with strategy and reflect the organization's image.
• Oversee the development of governance models for companies within the company group and support the establishment, merger, dissolution of companies, and joint ventures to ensure effective organizational management.
• Manage human resources administration and organizational development for the entire organization and seconded employees to ensure operations are aligned with established policies effectively.
• Collaborate in designing the development of human resource capabilities within the company group to enhance capabilities that connect with knowledge management programs and execute activities related to human resources knowledge management.
• Oversee the accuracy, completeness, and timely transfer of information within the SAP system in the personnel management process, including the process for employees traveling to/from companies in which company holds shares.
• Approve changes in processes/systems of the department, considering impacts on processes and data. Provide information to the core management committee and participate in decision-making in cases of inter-departmental/business impacts. Approve access rights to related systems to ensure accurate and complete human resources information in the SAP system.
• Monitor and coordinate with various departments and affiliated companies under the supervision of the human resources management line to ensure compliance with policies in various areas according to standards set by the central company group, such as the company Way of Conduct.
• Plan, define strategies, oversee, and implement actions to create and promote the company's Employer Branding.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 37 – 42 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field GPA 2.75
• 10 years of experience in human resources, training and development, organizational development, or related areas.
• Business level of English (TOEIC score not less than 700)
• Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Experience in needs assessment, program evaluation, and data analysis.
• Project management experience, particularly in managing learning and development initiatives.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as SAP / ESS is an advantage.
• Skills in preparing accurate data and reports
