As the Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising Manager for company, you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility. Your role will encompass developing and implementing trade marketing strategies, designing visually compelling in-store displays, and ensuring brand consistency across all retail channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to align strategies and achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will oversee market analysis, coordinate promotional campaigns, manage key retailer and distributor relationships, and ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and guidelines.

Trade Marketing Strategy (60%)
· Lead the development and implementation of trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, incorporating market analysis insights.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate trade marketing initiatives into the overall marketing plan.
· Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities, informing trade marketing strategy development.
· Analyse market data to identify opportunities for trade marketing improvements and tailor strategies for maximum impact.
· Provide regular reports on the performance of trade marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
· Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities and campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.
· Partner with the sales team to develop promotional materials and ensure their effective distribution.
· Monitor and evaluate the success of promotions, gathering feedback to refine and improve future initiatives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors, collaborating on joint marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence
· Develop and manage the trade marketing budget effectively, analyzing ROI and making recommendations for adjustments.
· Ensure all trade marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all trade channels.

Visual Merchandising (40%)

· Define and implement the visual merchandising strategy in collaboration with the Brand Manager and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global brand standards and guidelines.
· Lead the cohesive visual merchandising displays and layouts for retail spaces, working within the framework of brand expectations, including logo representation and overall brand aesthetics.
· Coordinate with the sales & marketing team to ensure the effective execution of visual merchandising strategies, maintaining consistency with both global brand objectives and local market needs.
· Ensure consistent and visually appealing merchandising across all retail channels.
· Work closely with store managers and vendors to optimize product placement and visual impact.
· Provide training and guidance to retail staff on visual merchandising standards, best practices, and product knowledge to ensure optimal execution.
· Develop and deliver presentations on merchandising strategies, equipping sales team with the tools necessary to present best practice retail merchandising to partners.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 35-45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of work experience in trade marketing, visual merchandising, or a related role.
• A keen eye for design and aesthetics, with the ability to create visually compelling merchandising displays. Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing tools
• Good Command of English Communication (Report Singaporean Brand manager)
