• Manage and control HR strategies, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection processes, and training programs.
• Analyze training needs based on annual performance evaluations and prepare relevant training plans.
• Design organizational structure and develop career path plans for employees.
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, work rules, and practices.
• Report to management and use HR indicators to assist in decision-making.
• Plan and control budget management within the HR department.
• Plan and manage to achieve goals aligned with the business plan.
• Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, or sensitive issues arise; may also need to handle routine tasks in delicate situations, such as investigating allegations of misconduct or conducting terminations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, law or related field required.
• 10 years up of experience in Human Resources Management
• 3 years up of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
• Have experience working in a company with a labor union
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Excellent for computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
