JOB DETAIL

- Conduct customer recruitment based on the product target audience
- Conduct customer interview and collecting data from customer;
- Analysis data from interviewing and give specific suggestion and make visualization reports to support project management decisions;
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (such as product, marketing, and sales teams) to ensure customer insights
- Support translation work from Chinese or English into Thai language

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age not over 30 years old with a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Have customer research or any other related experience.
- Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, at least HSK5.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking, capable of independently completing market analysis and user research.
- Good team collaboration spirit and project management skills.
