- Plan and supervise research and development of new products
- Reduce product costs as specified by supervisors
- Control the accuracy of color film quality checks as specified by customers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Science, chemical engineering or a relate field
- Prefer Male, age between 25-40 years old
- Experience 4 years up in paint business or a relate field.
- Knowledge of solvent paints
- Knowledge of RM of solvent paint
- Good interpersonal skill and problem solving skills
