- As a salesperson, conduct local sales activities that company has not been able to take offensive
or only remote activities until now.
- Aggressive approach to major power supply R&D companies, from sales pitching to order acquisition, focusing on power semiconductors (new business development, relationship building)
- Build relationships with customers, acquire new customers, understand customer needs
- Strengthen relationships with customer purchase
- Seek proactivity to develop customers self-initiatively in a situation similar to that of new development
- Regular reporting to Team as customer account management
- Communicate with Team via Teams and e-mail, and ask them to report on daily activities.
- Basically, Team will conduct evaluations and check the status of customer visits and sales expansion progress against KPIs set by team
- Belong to the Power Supply Grp of Team company and expand sales to customers as one of the staff
- Take a business trip from company about once every two months, and travel to Taiwan as
needed to understand the status of customers (assuming a business trip to HQ in Japan)
- Communicate with the HQ business unit (support in English or Japanese) and obtain samples
- Work as a pair with company to expand sales to customer design units.
- Manage the sales expansion progress and understand the customer organization
- Attend to business travelers from HQ (appointments, sales expansion, etc.)
- After a few years, increase the number of staff to be able to work as a team, belong to an organization within Company, and become self-reliant.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female (Thai nationality)
- age 24 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any field.
- Preferably with good sales experience in the industries of manufacturing and electronics.
(Experience can be in sales not only in Japanese companies but also in foreign companies including Taiwanese companies.)
- Understanding of semiconductor process flow, device physics, and Electronics components.
- Good command of English (TOEIC min. 750 / want 800 or above) is required
- Chinese (HSK5 upper) or Japanese (JLPT N2 upper) speaking is even better
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Must have driver’s license and own car.
