【Job Description】
・Management of accounting operations: Daily accounting procedures, closing processes, preparation and management of financial reports.
・Financial data analysis: Analysis and reporting of financial data, budget preparation and management.
・Tax compliance: Preparation and submission of tax returns, response to tax audits.
・Adherence to internal regulations: Compliance with and management of accounting standards and internal regulations.
・Support for human resources and general affairs: Employee payroll calculation, management of employee benefits, general support for administrative tasks.
・Management of accounting systems: Use and management of accounting software such as Express.
・Communication in English or Japanese: Communication with internal and external stakeholders in English or Japanese.
・Team support: Cooperation with accounting team and members of other departments, providing support as needed.
・Liaison with external organizations: Coordination with external entities such as auditing firms, tax offices, and banks.
・Preparation and submission of reports: Regular preparation and submission of financial reports to management departments and executives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor Degree
・Age between 28-40 years old
・Female Only
・More than 5 years experience in Accounting & General Affairs in a trading company or manufacturing industry
・Work experience at a Japanese company
・Intermediate Level of English (TOEIC 650)
・No Job Hopper

【Advantage】
・Can speak Japanese
・A person can do "Self-Contained" and always be open to discuss about a solution with Boss (MD)
・International Purchasing experience
