- Perform duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Follow established rules and procedures.
- Contact suppliers and compare products as requested by various departments.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
- Monitor product shipments to ensure timely delivery according to conditions.
- Evaluate suppliers, plan, analyze, and improve the purchasing system for efficiency.
- Other duties as appropriate.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree.
- Female only, aged 25-35 years.
- At least 2 years of experience in overseas purchasing.
- Experience in purchasing electrical or electronic equipment is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese (N3 level or higher).
- Experience working in a factory.
- Ability to handle imports.
- Experience in SAP program.
