• Oversee the procurement process from requisition to purchase order and delivery.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that are aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance.
• Evaluate and select vendors and subcontractors based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to forecast procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and new products.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any gender (Female is preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience for project procurement. (If candidate has experience in Automotive or Painting industry is highly preferred)
• Proven experience in procurement and contract management
• Experience working with vendors and subcontractors to manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Knowledge on Import/Export process will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with legal aspects of procurement and contract law.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict effectively.
