- Daily trouble shooting
- operating system ie. Logisties/ insuramce /WAS DMS accounting
- Network problem ie External website, LAN Wifi connection, Warehouse connection
- Prepare and create permission for access the server system
- Lead and monitoring incident ticker operation and ensure service level agreement
- Manage and implement IT infrastructure projects

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 27-35 years old
- Bachelor degree in information Technology
- 1-3 years experience in IT Support
- able to use English in email and communicate
- Knowledge of MS-office
