• Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, orders, and shipping, while processing local & international orders and coordinating with logistics partners for timely delivery.
• Resolve customer issues, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with sales and other departments.
• Assist with internal coordination of admin tasks in the office.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 25 -35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in international trade, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an international trading environment
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and shipping processes.
• Business level in English (mid to higher level) for communication with the global team.
• Preferred business and industrial experience in abrasives, ceramics, and chemicals.
