JOB DETAIL

Costing
- Arrange costing with Costing Team once CADs are done and send to customer.
- Submit sample costs once samples have been shipped and flag if/why there have been changes to costs.
- Ensure costs are sense checked, verified against PP sample report, and all info including stone carat weight is updated before submitting.
- Update customers promptly after submitting costing and inform them if more time is required before submitting costing or waiting for the engineering team to provide a PP sample report for a more accurate costing.
CAD
- Before starting any new product development, discuss in daily meeting if NPD and Production have any concerns or suggestions for customers.
- Add comments to design sheet from customers before passing to CAD team.
- Review CAD renderings and make sure it makes sense before sending to customer to confirm.
- Use MVP (minimum viable product) approach and adopt lean process thinking whenever possible to increase efficiency and to minimize CAD processing time.
- Lead weekly online meetings with customers and update on PD progress or any issues.
NPD
- Once CADs are confirmed, ensure that CS Officer issues SO according to customer’s requirements and delivery schedule in a timely manner.
- Work with CS/NPD teams to ensure that CADs and PCRs are according to details confirmed by customer and include any tolerance/ QC watchouts that are necessary.
- Work closely with NPD team throughout the development process, be more forthcoming and open on how ENN want to approach a technical challenge by sharing proposed production methods.
- Make sure sample reports have been updated by CS Officer according to sample meeting and send weekly sample reports to customers on Monday.
- Share videos and images throughout the development process when needed to help customer approve and to increase efficiency.
- During sample meetings, ensure that we apply a customer-first approach to sampling, checking if a product is fit for purpose by trying it on ourselves (can customers put on a bracelet themselves with 1 hand).
- Work closely with CS PD Officer to get BOM & PCR approved accordingly and in a timely manner..
Order
- Ensure that CS Officer process POs in a timely manner and with correct info.
- Use daily meetings with production to discuss about quality issues, concerns, orders with launch/event dates that cannot be delayed, etc
- Make sure weekly order reports are accurate before sending to customers every Monday. Any delay should be clearly pointed out and ahead of shipment date.
- Any delay due to quality, components, capacity, etc needs to be communicated to customers immediately and without waiting for weekly updates or calls.
- Work with Production and QA Teams to ensure order launch dates are protected whilte products satisfy PCR and QA sample to ensure quality expectations are achieved ahead of shipping deadlines.
- Work closely with Production to allow enough time for order inspections to avoid OT.
- Work proactively with all concerned parties to achieve accuracy on delivery, i.e. use correct price on invoice, quantity shipped should match PO and invoice, etc
- Any discrepancy such as missing or extra quantity need to be resolved immediately by issuing credit note or debit note respectively and should be called out via email to prevent discrepancies from impacting payments.
- Approve RTV document before sending to customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Prefer Female, age 32-45 years.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- At least 5-7 years of experience in CS (Jewelry)
- At least 3+ year in CS, CAD and costing.
- Have good analytical skills Be careful and detailed and skill management.
- Can communication and report to CEO in English.
- Have skill negotiable with client or coordinator directly.
