Planning & Strategy
- Annual/Monthly target forecasting and breakdowns
- Mechanic and Promotion planning
- BAU/Campaign strategy and execution
- Target tracking, improvement planning, problem solving
Communication
- External: with brand and platform
- Internal: with OP, Logistics, Finance and BD
Reporting & Analysis
- Periodic reporting to brand and platform
- Providing raw data reports accompanied with analysis
Presenting & Meetings
- Periodic meetings with brand and platform
- Set agenda, lead discussions, gather support
- Define next steps, way forward
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with E-commerce marketing (Lazada or Shopee) and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors
- English is communicable for working.
- Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting, and content management systems and processes
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions
