• Prepare financial payment such as E-Payment, cheque for settlement of goods and service. Issue withholding tax certificate to supplier. Petty cash and advance payment for all employees. To make the payment correctly and timely based on the system and present to superior for asking approval.
• Check cash-out of each transaction of each bank account, record bank charge and transfer transaction
• Collect purchase tax invoices, reconcile purchase VAT, and record the VAT for general expenses. To submit to related parties for sending VAT report. Prepare document related to taxation and submit a report to Revenue Department. Follow-up new law and regulation from Revenue Department and accounting standard issued by Federation of Accounting Profession to improve the work correctly.
• Recording, reconciling, and clearing advance payment correctly completed and timely including follow-up of Outstanding advance payment
• Perform other works assigned by superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 25-30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• 2-5 years’ experience in Accounting field
• CPD is preferred
• Can communicate in English
