- Support team for month-end/year-end close for general accounting including AP, AR and Fixed Assets
- Prepare and submit accounting reports, group report and ensure all accounting entries are recorded accurately in a timely manner
- Support and review bank reconciliation and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and submit VAT, Withholding tax (WHT) reports and tax forms (PND 1,...PP 30,36
- Review the inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) reports.
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing and collaborating with internal teams.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances and internal control is maintained.
- Providing and review financial reports under iFRS and interpreting financial information to management and group FD and CFO while recommending further courses of action.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female not over 37 years old
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPD certification would be advantaged.
- 5+ experience as an account manager or in management level.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge in accounting operations (AP, AR, GL), auditing, and taxation.
- Leadership experience, including the ability to mentor and guide a team.
