JOB DETAIL
• Establish and develop business model, sales strategies (Annual and Medium-Term Plan 3-5 years), sales target (Volume, Revenue, Margin, and Price), budgetary, branding, and marketing plan for Domestic Business and International Business
• Plan, develop, manage, and drive sales, Domestic and international business, branding, and marketing activities aligned with company policy, goal, and timeframe.
• Explore and analyze potential global market both distribution and project segments.
• Research and analyze sales channels, market coverage, customer behaviors, requirements, and competitors.
• Track, monitor, and report situation (monthly and management review) and performance.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners to improve satisfaction ratings
• Manage and close all customer issues, and complaints and provide optimal solutions
• Create a plan to participate in the exhibition and trade fair in the overseas market
• Collaborate with related teams to make sales and business transactions smoothly
• Coach and develop an export sales team in order to strengthen and increase individual and team competency in the long term.
• Ad hoc tasks and new challenges as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
(Qualifications)
• Male, Age 35 - 45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Export Sales or International Business
• Experience in Biochemical would be an advantage
• Experience in Sales Management, Manager would be an advantage
• Excellent command of English (TOEIC 800 or above, If do not have test scores but being able to communicate is acceptable)
• Knowledge or experience in Science Biochemistry would be an advantage
• Good Skills in Microsoft Office and able to learn new APP or other IT programs
• Able to travel abroad for business trips (Indonesia and India)
