JOB DETAIL

• Assist the Training team when doing all training classes, OJT and meeting with the agency.
• Monitor the effectiveness and quality of training programs, track each BC progression and report to the manager.
• Prepare learning materials, handouts, tools and manuals for training programs and workshops (including translating training documents).
• Help research new teaching techniques and attend all international education conferences. (Around once a month).
• Take care of BC “In” and “Out” and report directly to the training manager to create new BC training classes, while helping follow up new BCs within their probation period & assisting the training manager when making Monthly Reports.
• Support beauty manager when organising BC Annual test plan & making instructional program for BC Annual Test.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female or LGBT, age over 27 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field, cosmetics is highly preferred
- Must have experience in Training (at least 1 year with PC/BA Training is highly preferred but not limited to)
- Interest in Skincare/Cosmetic
- Good at communicating/speaking /writing in English TOEIC 500 up
