JOB DETAIL
- Supervise property/employee insurance procurement to suitably match the risks (in Power, Real Estate, and Logistics businesses).
- Oversee claims management to ensure the most appropriate and accurate compensation.
- Conduct risk management examinations regarding insurance with companies in the business group.
- Develop plans to enhance risk management for assets within the business group.
- Prepare insurance documentation, analyze insurance risks, both domestically and internationally, for presentation and participation in board meetings within the business group.
- Monitor market conditions and news related to insurance to plan insurance procurement with the team.
- Prepare summaries and quarterly reports on insurance operations.
- Manage responsibility proportions in the job adequately with the team.
- Seek additional avenues to enhance insurance knowledge for the team, including employees from various relevant departments involved in insurance arrangements.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any gender, age around 35-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- At least 8 years of experience in risk management and insurance for organizations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Effective leadership and ability to work well under pressure
- Analytical thinking and negotiation skills
