JOB DETAIL
• Supervise property/employee insurance procurement to suitably match the risks (in Power, Real Estate, and Logistics businesses).
• Oversee claims management to ensure the most appropriate and accurate compensation.
• Conduct risk management examinations regarding insurance with companies in the business group.
• Develop plans to enhance risk management for assets within the business group.
• Prepare insurance documentation, analyze insurance risks, both domestically and internationally, for presentation and participation in board meetings within the business group.
• Monitor market conditions and news related to insurance to plan insurance procurement with the team.
• Prepare summaries and quarterly reports on insurance operations.
• Manage responsibility proportions in the job adequately with the team.
• Seek additional avenues to enhance insurance knowledge for the team, including employees from various relevant departments involved in insurance arrangements.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• 8-15 years of experience in risk management and insurance for organizations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Effective leadership and ability to work well under pressure
• Analytical thinking and negotiation skills
