JOB DETAIL

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Officer with 3-5+ years of payroll experience to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large workforce in Thailand. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Thai labor laws, SSO, and personal income tax (PIT), and be capable of handling high-volume data in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end payroll processing for a large number of employees in compliance with Thai labor laws.
- Collect and verify payroll-related data such as attendance, OT, shift allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement and submission of statutory contributions (SSO, Provident Fund, Withholding Tax).
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, resignations, and changes in salary or benefits.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and support payroll reconciliations with Finance.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and external vendors (if any) to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Handle employee inquiries related to salary, tax, and deductions in a professional manner.
- Support annual PIT calculation and year-end tax reporting (PND 1, PND 91).
- Assist in audits, compliance checks, and any payroll-related projects or system updates.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a mid to large-size company.
- Familiar with Thai payroll regulations, including SSO, PIT, and labor laws.
- Experience using payroll systems (e.g., B-Plus, TigerSoft, Workday, SAP, or similar).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Good time management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
