[About This Position]
You will be responsible for Customer Coordination as well as sales coordinator tasks.

[Job Description]

-Registering and maintain customer data to system
-Process Customer orders
-Arranging delivery and preparing shipping documents
-Tracking delivery progress
-Trouble shooting and managing customer's complaints


-Cooperate with production control and procurement team for prioritize shipment and production
-Coordinating 3PL for shipment


-Creating and maintaining marketing material data in ERP System
-Coordinating project team for time line to communicate with customers
-Coordinate with sales and marketing team for promotion and special campaign


-Registering/renewing and maintaining mandatory information to government and any organization concern
-Coordinating wit suppliers for GTA for export products
-Managing audit documents related to sales activities


-Controlling outbound logistic costs


-Managing Sales Report
-Managing budget plan and sales forcast
-Managing losistics cost reports

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
-Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics/engineering/science/B.A/ or Finance
-New Graduates or 2-3 years of sales coordinator experience
-Must have upper intermediate level of English
