Number of Subordinate: 2-3
1. Responsible for HR system construction and HR project. (HRD)
2. Perform a wide range of HR & general administrative functions including policies & regulations, corporate initiatives, staffing, compensation, payroll matters, recruitment, and employee relations. (HRM)
3. Support and collaborate with Japanese-Thai team members to implement the solutions for client's inquiries.
4. Survey to understand challenges and issues faced by clients and propose solutions to challenges and issues.
5. Promote the construction of HR systems: Grading, Evaluation etc.
6. Manage all related information for setting up and reviewing the company’s compensation & benefits scheme and structure to ensure rightness, fairness, competitiveness and challenging for excellent business performance.
7. Give solid advices related to Labor Protection Law and Welfare Regulations as requested.
8. Any other related jobs
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Male/Female. Age between 30-45 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. More than 5 years of work experience in HRD/HRM with strong knowledge of 'Labor Protection Law' and 'Welfare Regulations' (Must be able to give solid advices).
4. Prefer candidate with experience from HR consulting firm or candidate with experience establishing big change of HR core systems (Grade system, Evaluation system, Remuneration system).
5. JLPT N2
6. Intermediate level of English (Prefer candidate with TOEIC score 600 or higher)
