JOB DETAIL

1. Develop an organizational structure for the company, including workforce capacity, position structure, and job responsibilities based on position. Evaluate employees at all levels and establish salary standards and compensation packages.
2. Establish work procedures and employee discipline policies, including monitoring, guiding, and overseeing employee work practices to ensure compliance with company regulations.
3. Create work manuals, reference documents, and forms related to human resources, such as waste and waste control, personal hygiene control, recruitment and training, and maintaining safety standards.
4. Supervise, control, oversee, and review personal data of employees, customers, and suppliers within the organization.
5. Develop plans and implement activities to foster good relationships within the organization, promote employee welfare, and create a favorable working environment.
6. Establish policies, manage, guide, and oversee goal setting, indicators, and performance evaluations of employees.
7. Develop employee development plans, establish annual training courses, and implement training and development programs to ensure employees can work towards specified goals.
8. Monitor tasks related to human resources and administration assigned to personnel.
9. Quality and Food Safety Team and Internal Audit Team.
10. Other assigned tasks.
11. Act as a substitute for personnel in HR and administration, procurement staff in case of inability to perform duties.
12. Acknowledge and comply with the company's policies, rules, regulations, and requirements enforced strictly by company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male and Female age 35 years and up
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management and personnel development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, responsibility, honesty, and integrity.
• Knowledge in food safety, Food standard such as GMP, HACCP, GHP, ISO 9001
• Lower intermediate level of English
