Position: Process Control Officer
Department: Financial Management

Main Responsibility:
1. Manage and control the overall accounting process of business divisions.
2. Responsible for AP/AR, Process workflows of Business Division: Sales realization, Receipt, Payment, Charges etc.
3. Prepare VAT report and withholding tax for the business division.
4. Ensure the correctness of stock reports.
5. Coordinate and provide advise for business department for any issues in existing business or new business.
6. Give advice or provide consultation to 'Business Division' referring to existing business and new business such as taxation, finance, risk management.
7. Provide data & information, and documents to internal/external auditor and tax authorities.
8. Check and process workflows and documents as instructed i.e. receipt, payment, charges, etc.
9. Prepare and check VAT In/Out report, stock movement report, tax submission, GP report and others as required.
10. Monitor accounting and tax compliance of Business Div. Prepare monitoring report and monthly analysis report.
11. Ensure accounts transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting any concerns/discrepancies to supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
3. At least 2 years of work experience in as Accounting Officer with direct experience and strong knowledge in taxation, VAT, AP, AR. (All of these) from trading company.
4. Advance skill in Excel (If able to use SAP or have experience using SAP is an advantage).
5. Intermediate Level of English (If have TOEIC certificate is an advantage).
