• Prepare the annual budget.
• Prepare the annual tax budget.
• Set work targets and operational plans for the entire accounting system.
• Control work according to the planned work to ensure compliance with the system and accounting principles.
• Monitor daily operations in all aspects to prepare financial statements.
• Report performance through financial statements.
• Evaluate and analyze effectiveness and efficiency.
• Analyze effectiveness, efficiency, and financial capabilities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Female, aged 35-47 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance.
• CPD certification and ability to sign off on accounting work (required).
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting field.
• Management skill
• Strong and accurate knowledge of tax law.
• Good attitude, interpersonal skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Leadership qualities and experience in team management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with various ERP programs is a plus.
