Position: Financing Risk Control Manager

Report Directly to Singapore HQ

Objective:
Expand and standardize overseas financing channels, provide financing support and solutions, assist the sales department to expand product sales, and at the same time prevent bad debt risks in the process of credit sales, improve the company's overseas business cash flow, and do a good job in credit management and accounts receivable. Management, financing management, dealer credit sales and improvement of risk control capabilities.

Responsibilities:
1. According to the subsidiary's marketing strategy plan, gradually complete the construction and management of the subsidiary's financing credit system.
2. Responsible for financing channel development, dealer and customer receivables, overdue management
3. According to the company's overseas marketing requirements, formulate the annual credit policy
for the subsidiary's marketing.
4. Plan, allocate and adjust subsidiary financing credit resources.
5. Handle accounts receivable analysis, overdue arrears collection management.
6. Construct and manage of financing channels.
7. Train and guide merchandisers, offices and dealers to carry out credit management and financing work, and improve dealers' credit sales and risk management and control capabilities.
8. Improve the international marketing credit protection system through export credit insurance, guarantee and other means.
9. Handle daily implementation and monitoring of credit policies.
10. Promote the improvement of the subsidiary's operating conditions and internal control.
11. Coordinate the business work of the subsidiaries and the relevant departments of the international business center to obtain the largest credit resources.
12. Complete the tasks assigned temporarily by the leader.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Prefer male. Age between 30-45 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting related field.
3. More than 3 years of working experience in credit management and financial leasing of large enterprises/global companies.
4. Familiar with financial leasing, credit management knowledge, and legal knowledge such as contract law, company law, guarantee law, familiar with general statistical knowledge and analysis methods.
5. Strong risk judgment ability, problem solving ability, communication and coordination ability, ability to train and guide subordinates, and strong planning, organization, coordination, innovation, Analysis, comprehension, judgment, language
and writing skills.
6. Upper intermediate level of English.
7. Able to travel abroad overnight trip occationally (Asian Group companies).
