JOB DETAIL

- Key AP invoice/Payment Voucher with expense, staff claim, on SAP system.
- Take care of input VAT (PP 30, PP 36) Withholding tax (PND 1, PND 3, PND 53, PND 54) submit to the Revenue Department.
- Arrangement payment to vendor with follow up receipt/tax invoice/ filing input VAT
- Monthly closing to reconcile VAT/Withholding tax with General Ledger
- At hoc, assign from management assignment.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female or male 26-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting field
- Experience 3-5 years in Account Payable field/withholding tax, VAT
- Able to communicate in English or Japanese
- Proficient in SAP Hana would be preferable.
- Able to use MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
