【Main Duty】
・Proposals for buying and selling real estate in Japan for Thai people　
※The main target is Thai people living in Thailand.

【Job Description】
・Providing property information and consulting to clients.
・If anyone is interested, will introduce them to our Japanese partner company.
・Cooperation with partner companies
・Selling and leasing real estate such as condominiums.
・Introducing and presenting projects.
・Concluding sales contracts and completing transactions.
・Guiding and conducting property tours.
・Conducting market research and analyzing property prices.
・Building long-term relationships with clients.
・Supporting legal procedures related to real estate transactions.
・Developing and implementing sales strategies.
・Coordinating with related departments and other partners company.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 25 - 40 years old
・More than 5 years of sales experience
・Intermediate Level of English （TOEIC 750）

【Advantage】
・Experience in real estate rental or real estate buying and selling
・Can speak Japanese
・Preference will be given to those with experience in buying and selling real estate in Japan
