Analyze competitors and develop marketing strategies to boost sales both domestically and internationally.
Coordinate with agencies and marketing partners.
Plan and manage the marketing budget in relation to sales targets.
Efficiently manage a team.
Enthusiasm, and creativity to explore new marketing approaches.
Supervise the marketing support team and admin effectively.
Possesses strong leadership qualities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields.
Age between 35 and 45 years old
At least 8 years of experience in both domestic and international marketing.
Proficient in English.
Holds a valid driver's license and is able to travel to other provinces to manage regional markets.
Experience in the canned food industry will be considered an advantage.
