- Responsible for sales and marketing activities for new customers both within and outside the organization.
- Manage and coordinate product-related matters, including sending samples and documents as requested by customers.
- Oversee the preparation of customer demand plans into sales forecasts/plans and communicate with relevant departments.
- Coordinate internally to acquire new customers and plan new products between customers and internal teams.
- Calculate costs and prepare quotations, tax invoices, delivery notes, and other sales-related documents for customers.
- Record, organize, and prepare sales reports for management, including weekly reports on the progress of sales activities.
- Control and directly coordinate with customers regarding complaints or other issues.
- Follow up on post-sales services and check for any problems, reporting results to the supervisor.
- Support the company's sales team and work collaboratively as part of a team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female, aged 23-35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales of industrial products in manufacturing only.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, software applications, Internet, and Outlook.
- Able to work outside the office and at both headquarters and branch locations.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
- English is Intermediate level, if can communicate in Japanese is a plus.
- Possess strong analytical, planning, and document management skills with a positive attitude.
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
