- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
- Import & Export for all INCOTERMS by Air, Sea, Land (Cross-border) shipment with privilege concerned such as SEC29, BOI, Blue corner, Bonded, Free Zone, IE, NVOCC, packing, installation, Heavy transport and etc.
- Control, Issue quotation for Import & Export shipment to customers / Overseas Agent / Head Quarter.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Negotiate transportation /sub-warehouse /sub-contractor/suppliers rate & service.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Follow company rules and compliance the policy.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Direct report to Sales Manager/General Manager/Director/Managing Director.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female, age of not over 35 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- 2-4 years of sales experience or sales support in related field.
- Must have own car and driver license.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Experience on negotiating and issuing quotation to clients.
- Experience in coordinating with overseas agent and/or customs house
- Understand customs clearance and ocean/air freight inquiries as well current incoterms®2020.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Fluent in written and spoken English. excellent command in communication skills
- Working knowledge of Logistics area
