JOB DETAIL

1.) Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, especially Chinese-speaking suppliers, to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
2.) Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
3.) Collaborate with relevant departments to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
4.) Prepare purchasing reports, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making.
5.) Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
6.) Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to align purchasing with operational needs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Male or female, age 23-37 yrs
2.) Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English. (*Must graduate from China University only*)
3.) Bachelor's degree in supply chain management is a must (New grads are welcome to apply)
4.) Strong negotiation and communication skills.
5.) Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management.
6.) Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
