[Hiring background]
New member addition (2 headcounts). Currently they have 2 employees in the Bangkok rep. office (Japanese head & 1 Thai Sales Representative, who can speak Thai, Japanese and English).

Due to the raise of interest in trave tours to Japan, they want to hire 2 Sales executive to increase their brand recognition, by visiting travel agencies, and participating in travel expos in Thailand & other SEA countries.

[Job description]
1.Sales activities to travel agencies:
Visit travel agencies to promote travel/tour package to Japan

2.Participate in Travel events (In Thailand and other SEA countries):
Participate in travel expos in Thailand and Southeast Asian countries and promote their service and Japan trip to people attending the expo.

3.(Highly preferred) Planning marketing activities:
Plan online marketing strategy including social media, and other online channel.

4. Report to Japanese HQs.

Note:
1)The employment contract is renewed every year after salary negotiation.
2)There will be a training in Japan for about a month after the candidate joins the company.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age 25 to 43 years old, any gender.
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- More than 3 years of working experience as a Sales (Travel/service industry).
- Intermediate level of English: TOEIC650 (Attending events in other SEA countries, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam etc).
- Japanese N2 or above (Japanese is used in the office. Also need to communicate with Japanese HQs.)
- Good communication skills
- Able to visit overseas for business
