• Oversee implementation of business operation to achieve the corporate goal.
• Oversee financial performance, investments, and business partner relationship of the company and subsidiary company.
• Make decision and provide solution to solve the company’s problem and ensure business continuity.
• Analyzing and planning strategies for business development and growth.
• Build up monitoring and control system to ensure proper internal control and effective management of the company and subsidiary company.
• Risk and operation management including risk appetite and risk cost target, operation supervision and management of the company and subsidiary company.
• Developing reporting tools to monitor the ongoing performance of the company and subsidiary company.
• Leading and motivating staffs to develop high performance teamwork.
• Analyze profit and loss (P&L), balance sheet, cash flow management, general finance and budgeting for creating business strategies.
• Report to the board of directors and keep them informed
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
• Work with senior stakeholders, chief financial officer, chief information officer, and other executives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Femal age 40 - 50 years old
• Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, or related field.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in the required areas of expertise.
• Proven experience as Managing Director or COO, CEO or High-Rank executive with strong in business strategy and corporate planning.
• Well understanding of the Business and Markets of Factoring, Credit, Loan, Banking, and Financial.
• Excellent skills in Leadership, Communication, Performance Management, Strategic Thinking, and Team Building.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and decision making.
• Good command of English both written and spoken and computer literacy.
