- To prospect, call, service, market and sell company products to potential and existing customers by identifying, anticipating and satisfying customers ’needs through attending to their enquiries.
- Recommend solutions to their problems and providing technical information of the company’s products and systems.
- Improve customer service and quality, manage and handle customers’ feedback, complaints and recommend solutions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Male/Female age 35- 40 years
- Experience in electronics with 7-10 years of sales and marketing experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, multi-tasking and negotiation skills.
- Outgoing, mature and highly motivated.
- Possess initiative and the ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English both speaking and writing (Toeic score 750 up)
- Japanese language is preferred
