JOB DETAIL

1. Take care and responsibility check the accuracy of the accounting system. and the entire financial system
2. Reconciliation of bank accounts
3. Prepare Cashflow for executives.
4. Plan and set up a control system. and check cost accounting
5. Calculate production costs
6. Prepare product cost reports. Present to management Check and control the inventory count and reconcile in the system.
7.Check accounting records in the ERP system (Dynamic 365).
8. Prepare reports with data analysis. for use in management meetings In terms of the monthly financial budget, income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
9. Close the monthly income statement and balance sheet.
10. Check various tax reports each month to submit to the Revenue Department.
11. Prepare information for the auditor.
12. Acknowledge and strictly comply with the policies, rules, regulations, or various requirements of the Company that are enacted.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female age 35 years and up
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields. (Registered as an accountant with the Federation of Accounting Professions CPD)
-At least 7 years of accounting experience in an industrial production business and experience in a food production factory will be given special consideration.
-Can use ERP package or have used Dynamic 365, Navision programs.
-Have knowledge about accounting and taxation laws and accounting standards
-Problem solving and decision making, following up on work, teamwork, diligence.
-Knowledge of document management systems in quality systems
-Have good communication and presentation skills.
