Position: Senior Sales & Marketing Officer
Section: Sales & Marketing
Product: Audio-visual products (Car Audio) and automotive electronics วิทยุติดรถยนต์ ชิ้นส่วนและอุปกรณ์ แผงวงจร ฯลฯ
Sales Area: Samutprakarn and nearby provinces
Numbers of Team Member: 10
Report directly to Thai & Japanese Managers

1. Follow up with customers after receiving orders, verifies customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns.
2. Submit report to Sales Manager, provides weekly activity/reports, monthly sale reports and monthly sales forecasts for assigned territory.
3. Prepare and update the company’s sales plan and reports as required.
4. Receive requests by telephone, fax or mail for price quotations/verifications, purchase orders and changes or cancellations directly from customers. Responds immediately to customers' inquiries/information needs and provides positive, courteous service to customer including answering questions regarding product line, prices, delivery times, warranty periods, credit/financing arrangements.
5. Assist in handling the needs of customer and works with Production and Purchasing to expedite or ensure timely delivery of scheduled shipments, maintains close with liaison with other departments to carry order through completion.
6. Submit forecast reports to Production Control Manager, provide briefings to Sales Manager as necessary or as requested. Performs any other duties as assigned.
7. Support Manager to manage all customer’s QCD evaluation and promote improvement activities.
8. Prepare returned goods paperwork, copies of invoice and delivery receipt to Account and Administration.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female, age between 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales from automotive industry.
4. Intermediate level of English.
