JOB DETAIL

You will be working under accounting manager and assistant manager.

-Management for Account Section in Bangna office and factory in Samutprakan
-Your main location is Bangna Office but you may visit factory in Samutprakan sometimes
-Managing 5 subordinates
-Responsible for AP,AR,and GL(*Company does not use accounting firm)
-Closing month end, year end and prepare Financial Statement Reports for management
-Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting as required
-Monitor proper internal control such as AP, AR ,Fix asset and stock control.
-Prepare Fix asset report and planning for physical check.
-Prepare monthly reconcile report
-Prepare AP/AR aging report.
-Verify and prepare all types of tax reports to submit Revenue Depart and DBD.
-Coordinate and support auditor for yearly audit
-Other tasks assigned by manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
-Must have intermediate level of English skill
-5 to 7 years of working experience in accounting position
-Must have experience in handling cheque payment, not only cash payment
-Must have management or supervisor experience

[Preferred]
-Person who can work immediately is preferred but not necessary
-Knowledge of ERP systems(any)
-Preferred CPD License holders but not necessary
-Personal car with drivers license (Not necessary but preferred)
