【Main Duty】
Moving support for Japanese nationals moving to Thailand
※Moving a house from Japan to Thailand and from Thailand to Japan

【Job Description】
◯Communication with Clients
・Confirming the details and requests for the move
・Understanding instructions from the client and responding appropriately
・Estimate Creation
◯Calculating the cost of moving activities
・Providing an estimate to the client
・Packing Work
◯Carefully packing furniture, appliances, clothing, etc.
・Special packing for breakable items (such as glass products)
・Loading and Unloading of Items
◯Loading items onto the truck
・Unloading items at the new residence
・Transport
◯Safely transporting items to the new address
・Driving and navigation
・Installation of Furniture and Appliances
◯Assembling and setting up furniture and electronic appliances
・Arranging items according to client's wishes
・Insurance and Claim Management
◯Handling claims for damage to items
・Proceeding with insurance formalities as needed
・Cleaning
◯Cleaning after the moving work
・Disposal of unnecessary packing materials
・After Service
◯Collecting feedback from clients
・Analyzing for future service improvements
・Inventory and Equipment Management
◯Managing inventory of packing materials and equipment for moving
・Maintenance and repair of trucks and equipment
・Safety Management
◯Ensuring safety during work
・Protecting the safety of staff and clients
・Schedule Management
◯Adjusting the schedule of moving activities
・Time management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree or High school graduate
・Female Only
・Age between 30 - 45 years old
・More than 5 years of B to C work experience or related work experience
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese (※No need JLPT )
