JOB DETAIL
Reporting line: To Service Manager
1. Customer-oriented, responsible for the daily operation of service work to guarantee high customer satisfaction
2. Based on yearly service KPI index, decompose and monitor the process on a quarterly/monthly basis to ensure that the index can be achieved
3. Responsible for leading and motivating subordinators so that all staff think and act in a customer-centric manner
4. Organize and arrange daily training for service staff to improve their ability
5. Assist in service manager in the daily management of the service department, and reasonably assign work tasks to the team
6. Responsible for establishing and improving the service system and forming localized workflow and standards
7. Complete other work arranged by the manager
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years of mobile service-related experience, and team management experience (4-5 people+) with no language boundaries
2. Experienced in setting KPI index, decomposing and monitoring the process on a quarterly/monthly basis to guarantee high customer satisfaction
3. Experience in any Mobile Phone Company is a must
4. Outgoing personality and motivation
5. Responsibility and team spirit, result-oriented, good communication, organization, and stress resistance;
6. Have management experience as Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
