1.Maintain relationship with customer by providing prompt feedback and accurate data
2.Forecast monthly monitoring and manage delivery plan to customer with smoothly
3.Follow up/Pull in material supporting before shortage occurring
4.Negotiate with customer to extend deadline to wait an incoming qty (if have) to reduce AIR COST
5.Able to use Excel program well.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Bachelor's degree in Business Administration of other related field
・At least 1- 2 years' experience of customer service of Inventory control in trading or manufacturing company
・Excellent communication skills
・Conversational high level of English (TOEIC score 750+)
・Able to operate Office skill(Outlook Email, Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/Pivot table)
・Person who is self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively


・Working Experience in Japanese Company
・Working experience in Automotive industries or Trading company
