• Full Spectrum of HR Functions (HRM and HRD)
• Develop and implement the HR strategy which supports and aligns with the business objectives of the company.
• Implement the company structure, such as compensation & benefit, succession planning, talent management, recruitment, training, and development.
• Ensure HR compliance with all federal, state, local laws, and regulations
• Solved a problem for the team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 40-50 years old
• Bachelor's degree in human resource or related fields.
• 10 years of HR work experienced.
• Fluent in English (both of spoken and written)
• Familiar with Thai labor laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
