JOB DETAIL

- Manage and monitor all Human Resources operations: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee
relations and engagement, compensation and benefits, and organizational change.
- Manage and control manpower planning, coordinate and perform staffing strategy, and be responsible for the onboarding
process.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, individual development plan,
career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and
retention.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Address any concerns that come from executives and employees.
- Consolidate the payroll data and ensure the payment is made on time with the correct amount.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Generate HR reports and assist in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Manage and deliver HR Strategy in line with business objectives.
- Implement strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on business objectives and direction.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

(Qualifications)
- Male or Female (Preferred Male candidate) Thai nationality age 35-45 years.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Management, Political Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
- At least 7 years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict management, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Intermediate command of English (Speaking and Writing).
- Must have own car and driver's license
- Able to travel to factories such as Samut Prakan, Chonburi, Rayong, and Prachinburi
- Knowledge of labor law and relevant health and safety regulations.
