Report to: Japanese Manager
Accounting Management:
- Manage and ensure all department members work in strict accordance with company policies.
- Verify and control data for compliance with the principles of the Revenue Department or the Ministry of Commerce.
- Develop employees' capacities and skills.
- Promote additional learning in the accounting profession.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Prepare annual financial statements.
- Check the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with company policies.
Costing:
- Verify the accuracy of Standard Cost preparation.
- Check the accuracy of MC Allocation.
- AX365 Accounting Record:
Record direct labor costs.
- Check recorded accounts for raw material disbursements.
Accounting Impact:
- Actual cost vs. budgeted cost.
Report Preparation:
- Actual cost report vs. budgeted cost report.
- Variance Cost report from production.
Inventory Count:
- Count remaining inventory.
- Physical asset inventory count

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 40-45 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or relevant fields
- At least 10 years experience in Full-loop accounting field
- Must have CPD license
- Business level of English
- Flexible, proactive, and diligent
- Leadership skills, able to work within a team and manage teams
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
