JOB DETAIL

• Financial and accounting reporting for statutory, BoD meeting, management analysis and planning purpose.
• Planning and negotiating on fund raising and valuation.
• Coaching, Building, developing, and monitoring the accounting and finance team.
• Providing proactively recommendations to enhance operation cost effectiveness and competitiveness through revenue and cost analysis.
• Making recommendations to improve existing process or develop new process to meet strategic and financial objectives.
• Budget planning and forecasting company performance and overseeing cash flows.
• Reviewing and preparing accounting transactions regarding AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and costing.
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (invoicing, and other transactions)
• Producing financial reports as requested by Top management on monthly, quarterly, annual basis.
• Ensuring compliance with local statutory accounting requirements and internal controls.
• Evaluate new business proposals and contribute on strategies to support business development efforts & projects.
• Ensure good corporate governance is in place to ensure correcting reporting and satisfy audits by external, tax & internal auditors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 30-40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in an accounting, finance field.
• 5+ years’ experience in area of Accounting & Finance.
• Have knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, cost control, cash management and reporting.
• Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills, a hands-on personality, can do attitude, detail oriented, multi-tasking abilities, and flexible.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software i.e., PEAK, ERP, SAP Experience with a software system implementation is a plus.
• Have CPD or CPA License.
