JOB DETAIL

- Gather and analyze Company’s financial performance, business strategies, and other related data in order to keep the most up-to-date information as well as produce IR presentations for external and internal use
- Analyzing, and communicating financial performance, business strategies, and business performance to investors.
- Prepare financial modeling on a regular basis by coordinating with related parties.
- Prepare and disclose information and reports to the public (i.e., MD&A, 56-1 report)
- Organize IR activities and prepare IR materials (i.e., roadshow, conference)
- Establish and maintain relationships with the investor community, regulators, and financial institutions.
- Monitor the movement of the company’s share price and the market and report on the unusual events

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting / Finance or related field.
- New gratduate are welcome
- Experienced candidate with a strong background in Investor Relation is highly preferred
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-work oriented, well organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
