JOB DETAIL

- Issuing invoices, receipts, and related accounting documents.
- Recording basic accounting in a system.
- Monitoring warehouse operations and verifying inventory reports through warehouse management software.
- Managing monthly expenses and disbursements.
- Generating necessary and relevant accounting reports for monthly managerial reporting.
- Processing and disbursing salaries and monthly payments.
- Coordinating accounting matters with the accounting department at the head office for monthly and annual financial closing.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female, Age not over 35 years old, and Thai Nationality.
- At least 3 years as an Accountant.
- Experience to manage overall accounting tasks.
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing will be advantageous.
- English is Intermediate Level.
- Can travel to Head Office once a month for meetings.
