1. Intermediary trade Shipping adjustments and Processing Job
- For intermediary trade between Company's Headquarters in Japan and overseas customers such as in Asia and Oceania countries, receiving P/O from oversea customers and reply / confirm order with headquarters & customers.
- Handling all shipments and process related to customer’s P/O inputting into internal system
- Precisely check all the related documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL etc before sharing to concerned parties. Especially checking price on Invoice preciously is the most important.
- English communication skill with overseas customers is highly required.
- Follow up on shipment status, update situation with headquarters, customers and internal team.
- Managing customer payments to receive in time
- Arrange shipping documents by post if the original necessary
- Sum up all invoices once or twice or more in a month and report to the accounting team for payment.
- Corporate internal and external concerned parties. (Admin & Accounting, QA etc.)

2. Cooperate with other team members
- Support our team members who are assigned in other job descriptions in the same team such as stock checking, truck arrangement for domestic transportation and import/export documentation for Custom if necessary.

3. Additional related duties as assigned.
- Other inquiries (if any) such as preparing samples to sales, sending at post office to domestic or overseas customers, etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirements】
・Business level of English （Intermediate or above）
・Job Accuracy and Tidiness
・Experience in issuing purchase order of products
・Experience in Stock Management
・Experience in Delivery Arrangement
・Active to improve yourself and can cooperate with related departments
・Able to use own car to come to office
・Must have sales support experience in import/export related field/tasks
